The staff were all friendly and very helpful. They made the stay feel special. I liked that you had options to enjoy food from restaurants, the tiki bar, and the over the counter café. The pool was so relaxing. Although we have the Texas heat I did enjoy the fire pits at night.
Caring and friendly staff
I had a room on the 24th floor with a great view of the lake. The room was quiet and spacious but was a bit dusty until the first day of housekeeping. I have to say my favorite aspect of this hotel was the people. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I felt they genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great experience.
Great stay
Me and my family had very memorable experience! The amenities are great and the staff are helpful and polite. Highly recommanded!
Cleanliness and customer service
Pros: The view was good. Cons: The pool atmosphere. People were ok, waitress were awesome. If i had paid for a pool day, I would have really been upset. There was no music, no games...just boring.
