Our experience was luxurious! Rating it 12 out of 10!
All the staff were so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I needed help with a couple of things while at the hotel, and the staff bent over backwards to help. Nothing was a problem. Their customer service was fabulous. It made our stay all that more special. The location was perfect, rooms were very well equipped, clean, and plush. I was surprised how quiet the room was, considering we were on the 2nd floor facing the main road! The amenities were fantastic with access to the gym, pool, and spa. Out of 10, our stay was a 12!

Our new favorite place to stay in London
We chose One Aldwych based on location and after staying there, we’ll choose One Aldwych based on location, service, guest rooms, food, drinks, and anything else a hotel has to offer. Hands down, our new favorite place to stay in London. From a very warm greeting curbside when we arrived to a very warm farewell, One Aldwych’s team really shone. Room was great—and very quiet, especially given the location. Couldn’t have been a nicer stay for us.
