Prima adres om te verblijven

Pros: Zeer prettige en professionele host; deze dame verstaat haar vak. Zeer vriendelijk, charmant en oplossingsgericht. Na uitchecken mochten we onze bagage achterlaten: super! Het ruime appartement is goed ingericht; keuken goed geoutilleerd; prima bedden. Wifi en tv uitstekend. Badkamer met douche in bad, voor mijn 2.00 meter lastig, maar wel goede straal. Zeep, shampoo etc prima verzorgd. Cons: Birmingham is een grote stad met ook zichtbare grote stad-problematiek. Veel daklozen en psychiatrische patienten die over straat slenteren. Druk verkeer. Weinig grandeur. Het beinvloed het gevoel

Was good

Pros: The quality of the finishes was good. And the flat was clean. Cons: The coffee machine difficult to use

Jewel in the crown

Pros: Great location in a lovely building. 20-25min walk into town or the bus stops right outside. Large Tesco just around the corner. The apartment was fully equipped for our week in the city and as we stayed for more than 7 days, they came to replace the linen etc during our stay which we appreciated. Cons: As many have said, the check in process and list of rules is a bit much but I can understand if they have had issues previously. Additionally, the floors need a bit of a scrub but otherwise, no complaints. We would happily stay again!

Perfect base

Pros: Beautiful building with spacious facility with all you could need with a very welcoming host. Very safe area and complex too. Cons: Nothing
