地點房況價格安全優，外面有點吵。
Pros: 房間設備優，附近吃食方便，地點價格都是那區的優選。 Cons: 外面很吵，不要住靠巷子那面比較好，晚上巷子有人講話在房間變的超大聲。凌晨烏鴉很多也很吵，出去陽台抽煙還被攻擊。五點清真寺廣播教拜原本就有，喇叭超有力。最好住蓮花塔那邊的房間。

what I expected
Pros: Wanting somewhere close enough for walking to bus/train location, with coffee outside before 6am, the location was perfect. There is disagreement amongst other reviews as to whether it is a slum area. This is the view of a visitor who also happens to hold an (Indian) post-grad certificate in urban development. It is a slum, but it's a reasonably well serviced one (in terms of water provision, sewage, garbage collection etc). Okay-ish
Pros: The staff was polite and kind. The location is okay. Cons: The room although kept clean had a stenching smell, probably coming from the drain.
