Terrible

Cons: Honestly completely blind sided as your location changes but only after you’ve paid, that’s false advertising. Also online it also says you are there until 5 but we got rushed and told if we didn’t get a response back within minutes we just couldn’t check in, was also quite rude when asked a few questions so we understood things better. Was not worth what we paid such a disappointment

Terrible communication, the room did not match the online pictures- won’t ever stay there again

Pros: The property is in a good location but that is the only thing that we liked Cons: There was zero communication about leaving luggage before and after check in. There was a a text to ask when we were arriving and I advised it was earlier than check in. It hoped to store our luggage - a text came back with “perfect”, arrived and was told that you cannot store luggage there. When I finally got through to someone they advised we needed to bring the luggage to a completely different location which we needed to uber to to drop off luggage. They advised there was a lack of communication . Th

Pros: Location was perfect and I’m walking distance to Marvel Stadium . The pool and gym facilities were great Cons: The furniture and bedding etc was outdated and old .

Pros: Great location. Excellent pool and spa. Cons: Facia boards missing from the bottom of cupboards. No dryer. Only a double bed in main bedroom not a queen.
