Location superb, delicious breakfast , comfortable stay

Pros: The location was superb - right in centre of Knaresborough AND it had free parking facilities. Also had a lovely lounge with games/books where guests can relax. Very helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable host who recommended an excellent restaurant for evening meal. Delicious well cooked tasty vegi and meat breakfast. Cons: One niggle… The central heating wasn’t working and so had to have a portable oil heater. Room just a little jaded ( tired net curtains/paint work old on windows) - needs a cash input to make it more appealing.- could be a fantastic boutique hotel with a makeover.
