Cons: The room was very small, very little space between the bed and the wall. The room service did not come all week, although we are not sure if we should have explicitly requested it.

If you just want a clean hotel to sleep and visit NY it’s good.
Pros: It was clean. Staff was nice, they have coffee and water, keep languages.
Cons: You can hear a lot of noise at night from the hallway if people come in at night and talk and laugh. And my room was pretty small, no night desk, no table.

Cons: The only member of reception staff did not have access to booking.com bookings, and had to contact her off-site manager, who told her there was no booking on their system, despite this being confirmed through both booking.com and by the property who had previously messaged me back on booking.com. The poor receptionist had to inform me that I needed to contact customer service at booking.com. Customer service have confirmed to me that my booking was on their system, so this is a case of a poorly managed and/or unreliable property.
