Ihana perhelomanen Helsingissä!

Pros: Sijainti erinomainen junalla kulkevalle perheelle jossa yksi henkilö vaatii esteettömyyttä. Huone oli riittävän suuri kolmelle. Cons: Huoneessa ei ollut kosteusvoidetta, mikä kuuluisi tämän tason hotelliin aivan ehdottomasti. Aamiainen oli järjestetty niin, että tungosta ei voinut estää. Ehdottomasti mietittävä uudestaan miten aamiaisbuffet saadaan toimimaan paremmin. Aamiaishuoneessa oli henkilökunnalla jotain riitaa tai muuten huono päivä/työilmapiiri - neuvoa pyydettäessä palvelu oli töykeää.
