Pleasant stay but there is No Free Parking

Pros: Convenient location. Cons: There is no free parking anymore, so the advert need to be updated as this was the main reason I chose this apartment. As other have said it needs some maintenance doing on the property, i.e. The tap in the En-suite drips constantly and if you use the cold tap it also drips, but misses the sink so anything near the sink will get wet. The hose on the shower had a split in it, so the pressure is not as good as it should be.

Pros: the apartment reflects the price and great central location Cons: THERE IS NOT A FREE CAR PARK ANYMORE - YOU WILL GET A FINE! the car park rules changed on 21/09/26 meaning that anyone who parks there needs a physical permit on display, therefore lots of cars parked had tickets of a fine of £100. this was not communicated in advance and now is a false statement on the listing. we found a local secure car park after arriving once we had realised the situation, but this caused unnecessary hassle. no hot water when showering.

Suits deep sleeping non driver

Pros: Views Cons: Lots of Damp from bathroom leaks If your a light sleeper avoid. Trains are loud. If in a car good luck we drove around for 45 mins give up trying to find their car park as block is in busiest part of town.Then put car back in old car park and walked

Central Birmingham cheap two bed apartment

Pros: Central location, clean Cons: The walk to the apartment was along poorly maintained corridors and it was difficult to find. It was noisy as overlooks a dual carriageway in central Birmingham
