Pros: The view is very beautiful. Cons: Apparently all the cordiality and quality of the hotel service is reserved for foreigners, from the descriptions. We were very poorly attended by unwilling, poorly trained people, and, on top of that, without information about the hotel and its services - not even one attendant knew about dinner! Very old and poorly maintained facilities. Elevators are terrible. They are slow and always crowded. The lobby and breakfast are always a mess. The food is not tasty or diverse (in both restaurants, at breakfast and dinner), the replenishment is slow, and the ut
