Generally a comfortable stay.
Location good for visiting family. When booking it would be useful to know the distance to some of the standard rooms. Due to limited mobility we were given an accessible room. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Pool was good but could do with some upgrading. Public areas very comfortable. Breakfasts good. Very limited blue badge parking. Carlos in reception very helpful.
One night in Oulton Hall
We stayed for one night and had a lovely relaxing time. Beautiful views, lovely spa facilities, nice tasty food and a very comfortable night's sleep. Nothing to moan about what so ever! All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the room was lovely to. Seems like a very well ran ship 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Pros: Limited swim time for children was not told on booking , 8till 10 am .. 4till 6.30 & completes not addressed , food came a different times & cool mussels .. the staff are not interested if you complain .. just delete & block you from social media platforms Cons: Games outside for children broken .. very limited use of facilities for under 16’s .. food came at different times so didn’t eat together
Room wasn't ready straight away so I had to wait in the bar
Room wasn't ready straight away so I had to wait in the bar. There was no1 serving. I was waiting at the bar 15 min together with 3 other ppl. Then I had to carry luggage on my own to the 3rd room with 2 lifts. Very bad first impression. But the worst was spa. I couldn't get dressing gown as i didn't book treatment. But I couldn't book it as kids wasn't allowed there at all. It was freezing there. I got told my son wasn't allowed to be in jacueven that was empty and we have been there at kids swimming times. But second morning all kids sat there and no1 got told to go out. Very frustrati
Excellent staff
The dining room staff (Julia, Lillian & Erin from the evening and Louise from breakfast) were exceptional. They provided an excellent service & made us feel very welcome. Susan & Paul Dickinson
