I would not return
Pros: Cozy room, towels (swans), hairdryer, water, and towels. Parking available but on the street (Jordanian standard). Cons: It cannot be defined as a hotel but more like a B&B: the check-in was done by the boy from the mini-market next to the property. The owner is kind but slightly intrusive, after the aforementioned check-in where he spoke to us on the phone, we found him knocking on the door an hour later! Stained sheets. Small and uncomfortable tub for showering standing up and mold on the ceiling.

I would only return for the location.
Pros: The welcome, the location, and the bed Cons: Cold shower water, poor and discount-like breakfast
Convenient accommodation for Petra
Pros: The manager, Ahmad, is very kind and helpful. He communicated with us promptly and responded to all our needs, including breakfast at 5:30 in the morning! The room is equipped with everything you need, with a very comfortable bed. Safe reserved parking on the street. Cons: As in a typical building, there is no heating. The room is equipped with a split that acts as a heat pump for heating, but the warmth does not reach the bathroom, which always remains cold.
September here averages 23°C, with around 1mm of rain across the month.
