Good stay

Pros: Hotel clean and bar area really nice. Beds are very comfy. Supermarket right across road and right in centre brilliant location Cons: Building itself doesnt look brilliant.

Handy for the airport, but take care to use the right lift!

Pros: Reception were polite Room spacious Good night landscape view Cons: Our room smelt like someone had smoked in there even though this is against policy. Our biggest issue was we didn't realise one exit to the lifts was actually for a fire escape. This would be fine except we couldn't get out. The door stated you'd be fined £200 if you opened it. All doors on the next few floors had numbered key pads, so couldn't get back in. It was 7am and no one was on reception when we called the number to ask what to do. As a last resort, we went back up in the lift to the 11th floor and went the o
