Pros: Not much to be honest Cons: To hilly, carpets were stained, middle sash window painted closed, tv to small for the size of room. Dining room with sticky floors. Had to ask to refill orange juice

Pros: It's only about 5 - 10 minute walk to St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, my room was at front of the hotel and so wake up open the curtains with a view of sea
Pros: It's only about 5 - 10 minute walk to St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, my room was at front of the hotel and so wake up open the curtains with a view of sea. The showers are quite cosy, but did have good range of temperatures if your wanting hot or very cold and somewhere in the middle aswell. Cons: The bar only two taps on there, I didn't drink at bar anyway and I didn't looked very stacked at all. The beds were very stiff, I don't if it's just me and any hotel bed I'm comfy with.

It was fairly good, not regretting
Pros: the location, staff were receptive ,the room was quite and roomy Cons: Only the bed was not that comfortable ,the mattress was not comfortable for me To include a good variety for vegetarian breakfast

Big Garden behind the Hotel. Restaurant Servers meal in the evening. Save place arround.
