Pros: It is close to Bellas Artes metro, 1 block from the Alameda. Comfortable beds. Cons: The area doesn't feel very safe. There is no air conditioning and it is needed. The bathroom (toilet) does not have a lid, which is unusual. The TV only had open TV channels.
