Clean room , staff friendly extremely helpful , price was Great, provide us with a light breakfast . The area was a bit different than what I expected .But the hotel stay was satisfactory .Have nothing bad to say . The stuff made us feel very welcomed .

The best budget accommodation I have stayed in whilst in Newcastle upon Tyne. The team the run the place are brilliant offering awesome customer service. The rooms are basic however always spotlessly clean with comfortable bed topped with lovely duvet; one improvement that could be made would be better pillows. The old TV’s can present an issue or two but the Wi-Fi is excellent. Bentley’s does not offer any food and beverages except for a vending machine in the lounge however there are microwaves, kettles, etc. on each floor for guest to use. Located on a main road leading out of the city
I booked into a family room first room they gave me was wrong one as was a double bed and 1 single bed they did swap rooms witch I was happy about until we noticed there was no lock on the bathroom door no catch on the door there was also a strange smell from the toilet when you flushed it and it lingerd if you left the shower rooom window open it was ok but couldn’t due to winds kept blown the bathroom door open also room was really cold at night I was unable to sleep ,the reason I booked the hotel was due to the fact a coffee shop was open next door but the next day found out it was shut dow
It was an amazing stay. With comfortable bed, relaxed and clean environment. Excellent staff.
