Palace

Easy to find, lovely, tidy and spacious

Pros: Good location & landlord easy to contact. Tidy room & facilities. Cons: N/A

We opted to drive home (1.5hr drive) rather than stay the night.

Pros: We booked this place as a overnight stop after a gig in Crystal Palace bowl. The location was great and plenty of free on street parking. Cons: The room was not well equipped, the bed was broken and you felt as though you were being swallowed up when you even sat on it. The wardrobe was held together with thoughts and prayers. The shared toilet room was on a different floor and was dirty. Didn’t use the separate, bathroom/shower room. Oh and when we returned after the gig the key snapped in the lock. It’s not overly clear in the ad but this is one room in a guys house. The guy seems love

Dirty and unkempt accommodation

Pros: It was handy for the Crystal Palace bowl Cons: The room was tired and dirty, the furniture and fittings were broken and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Pros: Kitchenette and dining table. Cons: Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. From the first day, the room did not smell fresh, which was quite unpleasant. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well and leaving me and my wife with body pain. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
