This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel

This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel. The pool was relaxing and all staff went above and beyond what I expected. This is the height of service and comfort wrapped into the perfect location. This will be my go-to spot from now on!

Amazing hotel. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. We moved to the palm after staying at palace and we both thought palace had the most amazing staff. Shout out to Nur, James and Frederick

We had the pleasure of spending 7 nights at Palace Downtown, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel combines beauty, comfort, and an exceptional location in the heart of Dubai. With direct access to Dubai Mall and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, it could not have been more convenient. The pool area is absolutely stunning, and with the magnificent Burj Khalifa view, the atmosphere felt almost like staying in a fairytale castle. We celebrated our honeymoon here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated with fresh flo
