Beautiful, historic hotel with very kind staff
This was an absolutely excellent hotel with completely lovely staff. The hotel is stunning, and the rooms are unique and beautiful. Breakfast is wonderful and very varied! Everyone who we spoke to and helped us during our stay was utterly lovely. The location is great—a bit tucked away but around a 10 minute walk into the center. And alpacas on the property! My husband realized after we left that he had forgotten something important in the room and the entire staff went out of their way to get it to us (in a town hours away!). This place is fantastic, highly recommend!

An absolute masterpiece in Cusco – simply flawless!
Our stay at Palacio Manco Capac was nothing short of perfection. The location is ideal, tucked away just a few blocks from the main plaza, offering both convenience and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, the staff was deeply impressive. Pilar and Jose at the reception were amazing, courteous, and incredibly quick to help us manage our altitude sickness, which made a world of difference. The rooms are elegant, extremely comfortable, and feature stunning views of Cusco. A highlight of our mornings was opening the window to find the hotel's resident alpacas right outside—my husband absolute
