Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der vor dem Aufenthalt bestätigten Reservation. Der Reservationsmitarbeiter bestritt zunächst die vorherige Mitteilung, obwohl das schriftliche Dokument vorlag. Die Person, die die Reservation online vorgenommen hatte, erklärte auf Nachfrage lediglich, es handele sich um einen Tippfehler. Es war keinerlei professionelles Verhalten zu erkennen.

Absolutely LOVED this place! The hotel was in a perfectly beautiful location with a beautiful view of the canals and awa
It was the perfect location at a quiet little area in front of a beautiful water front canal. The staff from front desk to breakfast were absolutely fantastic! And the rooms were something that was one of a kind and the most beautiful stay I have ever had!
