It's ok
Pros: Fabulous location for beaches and old town and looked like only resort style hotel on South beach.
Very clean.
Helpful staff in reception when you can get them (long queues)
Good breakfast choice
Cons: Reception seems understaffed. Often 30 minute queue. No water in reception which I think unusual for 4 star hotel; three other 4 star I stayed in on this trip did.
Check-in advised they had run out of pool towels and queue up in reception for them later.
After lengthy check-in tried to get a snack this was 4.50pm on a Monday, told no food being served anywhere in hotel.

Rideaux non occultant la lumière pour faire le noir
Longue queue au check in et restaurant
Petit dej de très mauvaise qualité avec produits industriels ( viennoiseries parfois encore congelée à l’intérieur, très mauvais café Nescafe, mauvais jamón, jus industriel, pas de service d’omelettes…) il faudrait intégrer des produits maison/artisanaux
Piscine beaucoup trop petite pour les 3 bâtiments composant l’hôtel elle est bondée des 9h du matin

No es buena la calidad -precio
Pros: La comida.
Cons: No me gustó, que al llegar al hotel no dejan elegir la comida en la media pensión, te obligan a que sea cena y si quieres comida tienes que pagar 20 euros mas por persona al día, esas cosas deberían de avisarlo antes de coger el hotel. La limpieza no es de las mejores cosas y luego el hotel es demasiado grande para una piscina tan pequeña,
Si vais con niños, no es de los mejores hoteles y no tiene animación.
Y no todas las habitaciones tienen terraza.
