Overall, a great stay for the night! We enjoyed the privacy and location.
Pros: The location was the best! Neighborhood was quiet and the park across the street was a plus! The room was well thought out! We enjoyed the patio until we got swarmed with mosquitoes. Cons: Not much you can do about how stiff the pull out bed was - my husband was sore when he woke up. The fitted sheet didn’t make sense because it was too small for anything.

Pros: The outdoor space, and the location. I also enjoyed the room decor. Cons: Internet connection was poor.
Overall, outstanding place, great host, and would rent again.
Pros: Room as clean, modern, and in a good location for where I needed. Cons: It was a little loud the first night from people above the room walking around and talking late.
