Pros: Once my room was moved, it was much better Cons: WiFi did not work correctly in the bedroom. I had to move rooms due to the loud music across the road that was disturbing my room. I was placed in a very old room. The shower was dirty, and the toilet didn't flush correctly. Once they moved me to the second room, it was much nicer and looked like it had been renovated. A nice and comfortable stay after that.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for an unplanned overnight stay in Lima. We were surprised by the breakfast room with a fantastic view and outdoor seating. The kitchen was also very good.
