Disappointed
Pros: The space of the rooms. Cons: False advertisement, when I booked it said room service and pool available. When I tried to order room service they told it wasn’t available for the tower I was staying and when I went to the pool is was closed, I called from desk and they told me it was closed for the season when other hotels were open, soo disappointed.
Not worth the money
Pros: The inside was nice. Cons: We weren’t allowed balcony even though we paid more
Pros: Quiet and clean condos. Staff were great. Cons: Not a great area. I was a little concerned when we were driving to the Palms. Everything is old and not very nice looking in the area around it. But I was very impressed with how nice the Palms Place is.
Older and confusing parking and where the room was . Far from everything else in the casino
