Room entitled us to use the Pacific Club

Room entitled us to use the Pacific Club. Breakfast was very good. The Club room had great views and was not crowded.

Wonderful Stay at Pan Pacific

What an incredible experience! We stayed here before our cruise and everything was fantastic! Benjamin, at the front desk, was welcoming and helpful in making sure our family was taken care of during our visit. The lounge staff were simply incredible and made our stay magical. Thank you Pan Pacific!!

Always live staying here.

Pros: Love the location. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Cons: Wasn’t happy about the rate hike due to a sports event I had nothing to do with and I had made my reservations well ahead of time for my trip.
