Handed key back and left. Unsafe place to stay.
Cons: We handed the key back after approaching our room, room had a terrible odor and dirty feel. There were used needles in the garden bed outside the room. Not safe for anyone, especially families. No refund given, further communication attempts ignored. People please be aware.
Pros: Close to major shopping centre , walking distance , and hotel close by also Cons: Tried to log into Netflix and kayo sports on tv , was not working , tried numerous times still did not work , was error showing on tv , went to front desk to let them know and could they have a look at it , all they said was it’s a new tv and it should be working. I expected a little more than that reply and would think someone would take a look to see if it could be fixed, not to happy with that service
