Pros: Nothing Cons: Room was described incorrectly, bed count was wrong. Rang them and agreed a refund, never refunded me or spoke to me AGAIN, AVOID. also stunk of weed.

Pros: I had an issue getting into the building but the staff were easy to contact and helpful. I liked the room and it was clean Cons: Due to it being in the basement there was a strong smell of mould or damp. Also the walls were very thin and it sounded like the people next to or above us were in the same room, we could hear everything and I felt like we didn't have privacy

They wouldn't let us in or give us a code for doors then doubled price later when we booked and still havmt received refund

Terrifing and horrible, i was bitten by bed bugs that were everywhere over my bed!

Cons: It was HORRIBLE! I woke up SURROUNDED by BED BUGS! I was bitten everywhere all over my body, I had to throw away my travel bag and the clothes, to not go home with it and infest my house with this VERY VERY DANGEROUS INSECTS!!! Under the bed and in the furniture itself, the wood was full of insects. I was happy about finding a good price for the room, to have where to sleep while traveling for work but i never ever go there again!
