Our stay at the Paramount Times Square
Very friendly staff. I had made an error in my reservation and they quickly resolved it. Very clean and quiet, so close from Times Square! We enjoyed our stay at the Paramount Hotel.

DO NOT BOOK
Awful place. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There are absolutely no positives to staying here. Rooms are infested, small, hot with broken aircon. We felt unsafe with broken locks and concerned about getting people coming into our room. Honestly this place should be shut down.

Paramount hotel
The staying was pleasent BUT the air conditioned worked really bad, the thermostat didn't work. The staff was very nice trying to fix it. So, 10 points for the staff BUT 0 points to for the a/c
