Pros: beautiful location. comfy bed. food shops around. Cons: for 4 star hotel wasnot meet my expectations.. chairs in saloon for breakfast so dirty specialy the white chairs... very old furniture even in room.. needed more care about cleaning, the carpets. frame of windoes, frame of bath windoes.. carpet in hallway in 5th flat need carpet wash some parts. nobody even checked my room befor i arrived so the sockets was not work as fused of room was off, its better check rooms befor guests arrive.. this hotel have potential to be 5 star by little bit care about cleaning and put professional

Pros: Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel last night. I booked a room at your hotel for myself and my girlfriend. I had to leave the hotel for some work, so my girlfriend stayed alone in the room overnight. At approximately 8:05 AM this morning, an unidentified person entered our room. When my girlfriend woke up and noticed the person, they immediately left the room. Pros: Staff pleasant and efficient. Clean. Lift good. Shower good. Value for money as it was not expensive. Good-sized room. Cons: No comfortable chair in the room, only a desk chair. Bed much too high and mattress seemed to slope making sleep difficult. The hotel is right under the Heathrow flight path and beside a very busy junction so understandable that the windows don't open but after 3 nights I longed for some fresh air in the room. The air con/heating is operated by the guest which is good but the gadget is tucked away in a dark corner of the room. Needs a light above it. Hotel is cash
