I was moved to another hotel due to issues at this one

I was moved to another hotel due to issues at this one. I was promised an upgrade and instead at grand park paddington i got a substandard bare minimun room in the basement. Loud ventilation sounds, no fitted sheets.. At least the tiny bathroom was clean. No where near the room i originally booked. Absolutely disappointed

A night to forget .,,,

I booked a single room (M2) for single occupancy and paid £115 for one night. The room was very small indeed (upstairs, no lift access) and extremely noisy (flowing water noise from air con’ or something all night until it suddenly went quiet just after 6am). Temperature in the room was too warm and difficult to regulate with the a/c fan in the room. (Staff clearly aware, as they had left the window open when I arrived). The phone in the room was not functional. Maintenance staff said they would replace it, but they didn’t. (I had to call reception using my mobile phone). Bathroom tiny and dra
