Short stay at Park Hotel
Pros: That it was 10 minutes from the railway and bus stations. Cons: When I arrived I was told by Reception staff that they were very busy and might not be able to change my towels. I thought this very odd as I have paid for a service. Then Saturday night my room was not made up cups not cleaned or new towels or bed made. I did make a complaint that night. Next morning a member of staff asked if everything was ok and I explained. The lady said they had no cleaners and were very busy. I said to her that I paid for a service and expect it. I really dont want to hear that they had no staf

Pros: Very close to city centre
Pros: Very close to city centre. Easy to get to and has parking. Clean. Cons: I had breakfast included. I went downstairs for breakfast but I couldn't find any member of staff to guide me. I called a phone numbers, nobody picked up. I left to eat in town. I have been contacted later and been told they had to go urgently to another hotel... I didn't have breakfast next day either. I went straight to town. The room was very lovely and clean, but very hot. The heating was still on. I turned it on but for some reason after a while would start working again.... I slept with AC on... Otherwise, no p

Excellent stay, as usual
Regularly stay here and always very positive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms decent size and clean. Breakfast good choice. Short walk to Stephens centre.

Fantastic apartment for a family get-away.
Pros: The space was fantastic for a family. We all had our own rooms, there were enough bathroom facilities, there was space to relax, space to dine and a kitchen with everything we needed. The whole place was modern, clean, tidy and convenient. We will definitely visit again next time we need to stay in Hull. Cons: The car park was full when we arrived so we parked elsewhere.
