Happy and surprised with the location which was perfect for our first ever visit to Hull.
Pros: Good location as we were walking. Quiet clean room. Cons: Don't think the bathroom fan was working. Maybe a hand rail to aid getting in and out of bath as it was a bit of a step up for me.

Good cost effective stay to visit Hull
Pros: The Breakfast was excellent, cooked breakfast to order plus cereal, bread, muffins, coffee etc. The heating in the room worked, the shower was powerful and hot. Cons: The toilet cistern was very noisy when refilling, not great at night. The bar never opened, talking to staff they were under staffed which didn't help to facilitate opening the bar.
