Park Hotel Brussels

Okey for the location but it's not a 4stars hotel for service and personnels

Pros: Location is very good. Despite not in the city center, Merode is a lively and beutiful district very well connected to the city center. SInce is before the undergraund split, both 5 and 1 lines can be used reducing the waiting time. Great spot for parking Cons: the hotel is old. the toilette was broken and when we asked in the afernon to repare it, nobody fix it. In the eveining we ask to change the room and we got a decent room but in the basement. the plus is that we had direct acces to the garden but the smokign detector was someone brokent flasking time to time. also the back door

Pros: De locatie Cons: Gebrek aan privacy bij gebruik van het toilet en badkamer door de glazen deur. Heel vervelend dat je bij binnenkomst gelijk het toilet inkijkt door de glazen deur.

Comfortabel

Pros: Hoteltuin mooi en kamer comfortabel. Cons: Parkeren voor 25 euro per dag is veel te duur, Afvalemmers waren bij aankomst niet geleegd, water in wastafel en douche stroomt te langzaam weg, kussensloop was niet fris. Kreeg na mijn klachten een gratis ontbijt aangeboden. Top!

Nous n’y retournerons pas.

Pros: L’emplacement Cons: Clairement, le personnel. Accueil très limite, impression de quasiment déranger. On s’est fait réprimander pour le petit déjeuner car arrivés 5 minutes avant la fin (là où d’autres hôtels tolèrent ) mais sur le papier, ok, nous étions en retard. La cerise sur le gâteau a été d’entendre que nous n’avions pas le petit déjeuner alors qu’il l’était !!! L’erreur est humaine mais la façon de s’adresser aux personnes doit être respectueuse et encore plus dans un 4*.
