“Another Unforgettable Stay”
This was our third visit, and we have never been disappointed. Although our stays are always short—just one night each time—this hotel holds many precious memories for our family and has become a very special place to us. The unexpected upgrade made this stay even more memorable, and Liz at the front desk was truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful attention throughout check-in made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We’re already looking forward to returning again this October!

Park Hyatt Chicago has been my favorite hotel since my first stay in October 2025. None of other hotel feels like this. What makes it special is the people. Maya welcomed me on my very first visit; Amiee, and Nikki make every arrival feel like coming home. During this stay, I was having one of the hardest days I'd had in a long time, and Nikki's genuine kindness went far beyond anything you could call "service." Casey even surprised me for my birthday.
