We stayed at Park Hyatt Shanghai for three nights in February and had a fantastic experience. This luxury hotel in Pudong truly delivers when it comes to service, comfort, and unforgettable skyline views. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Great hospitality, quality and food w/ best views of Shanghai

This is a great spot if you are visiting Shanghai or China first time. The customer service here is above and beyond. They really make you feel special and welcomed. The staff there is very polite and try their best to remember your preference. They even made me custom dishes in Breakfast as I am a vegetarian. I wish I had more time to explore their infinity pool and gym. Definitely recommended.

Darkest rooms ever!

The rooms are large, have amazing views of the city, and top-notch amenities like a Dyson hair dryer. The big issue is that they are incredibly dark - good luck putting on makeup and my colleague struggled with shaving his beard. Its shocking they haven’t added a light up makeup mirror by now. Staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast is extensive, and the fitness center has tons of equipment (albeit quite crowded together). The Le Labo bath products are lovely, as are the toto toilets. Beautiful hotel in beautiful location

Andy, William, and the rest of the concierge team went above and beyond!! I lost a very valuable ring at the Chongqing airport, on my way to Shanghai. I thought it would be nearly impossible to retrieve the ring, but the team got it back to me within two days, and I am eternally grateful. Would recommended staying at the Park Hyatt Shanghai, over and over and over again.
