We just returned from an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts, and I can't say enough good things about this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a special place — the grounds were immaculate, every corner beautifully maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from start to finish.

Check-in set the tone for the entire trip. Novellene at the front desk had us checked in quickly and even took a moment to engage with my son, giving him some fish food so he could feed the koi near the lobby. It is ok. If anything I was underwhelmed, but not too many below average items except the dookie on the beach. It is a black-ish sand beach (valcanic) which is kind of neat, but a lot of seaweed which was not good. Our first walk on the beach my wife pointed out some clumps and asked "is that doo doo?" I tried to brush it off to keep everyone happy - "no, everything you see in the ocean is not poop!" The next morning we were swimming in the ocean and there is an unmistakable turd floating in the surf. I think these might be donkey or other animal feces. Anyway. Remember to ask yourself why

This resort is exquisite - pristine, well maintained and beautiful. As top-notch as that is, the staff exceeds that. Everyone we encountered was outstanding and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
