Pros: Staff gentilissimo è struttura abbastanza accurata internamente e pulita, una particolare attenzione dello staff alle esigenze del cliente che mi è piaciuta molto è la mia richiesta di ottenere l'asse e il ferro da stiro per poter stirare una giacca dell'abito è stata conclusa velocemente senza costi e con tanta gentilezza per la quale ho apprezzato molto. Sono presenti due ascensori per accedere alle camere che rendono comodo il poter salire e scendere senza che ci siano troppi intoppi in caso di molti clienti. Gezien de prijs is dit hotel echt een aanrader als je laat beslist in Hasselt te verblijven! Parkeren is een grote troef wat dit bevindt zich in het gebouw.

Betaalbaar hotel hartje Hasselt
Pros: De ligging is super. Kamer is ruim genoeg en praktisch ingericht. Parking onder het hotel. Ontbijt is goed, basic Cons: De service. Bij de receptie niet altijd even bekwaam in de uitleg. Bij vertrek een jong onzeker persoon die precies niet goed wist wat te doen. Bij het ontbijt niet voldoende controle over de ontbijtzaal. Geen tassen meer aangevuld aan de koffiemachine. De bestekmandjes niet aangevuld op tafel. Aanvulling eitjes enz niet goed bijgehouden. Kleine steekjes dus die ze laten vallen die mits meer rondgang in de ontbijtruimte zeker beheersbaar zijn.
