تجربة غير موفقه وبإذن الله لن تتكرر
Pros: عادي كان واقل من المتوقع Cons: تأخر الاستقبال في تسجيل الدخول بشكل جداً مزعج ، طلبت من الاستقبال اكثر من خمس مرات سرير اطفال وكنت كاتب في الموقع ومحدد الطلب من ضمن القائمة ، الكنب ما كان نظيف كان عليه بقايا اكل ورز !! الفطور الصراحة سيئ

Not my first time and for sure not the last time
Pros: Everything regarding the hotel, room and staff is perfect The shuttle bus is nice Cons: Breakfast is fine. Location is perfect but to notice that you will access the haram from the new Safa & Marwa gates.
