Pros: Nothing under these unfair billing circumstances. Cons: I am extremely disappointed. Due to a technical glitch on the Booking.com app, I was charged twice for the exact same night, resulting in two identical, overlapping bookings (Confirmation numbers: 6219191330 and 6229161581). The hotel management flatly refused to cooperate or refund the double charge.
