Great Location, but Needs Major Renovation

Pros: The best thing about the apartment was the location. It was also very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Cons: Unfortunately the property is very outdated and really needs a major renovation. Cleanliness was also an issue, with ants everywhere, even in the bedding, and clumps of hair left in the corners. The shower had low water pressure and didn’t drain properly, and the furniture was old and not very clean. The lift was also extremely small and quite uncomfortable to use. Overall, the place needs much better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as well as a full refurbishm
