Poor - Needs a Refurbishmemt
Pros: Rooms need upgrading. Carpet stains, dusty etc. If this was executive I'd hate to see the standard! The bar lad was canny, but the make up dollys on reception were only bothered about how they looked. Two lifts from three were broken, so waiting to go to floor 16 was a wait. Charged for breakfast after stay which I didn't even book. Cons: As above.

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros: Convenient for railway station and getting to Headingley. Nice bar, good staff. Cons: The lifts were awful and were all out of order on the Thursday evening! We had to climb to the 10th floor!!
