Great value
Pros: Got an upgrade to an executive room. Great view, . Huge bed. Very comfortable. Great location near station and shops. Cons: Only one of the three lifts was working making it slow to get to the high floors. Toiletries were high on the wall, suitable for the shower but awkward when using the bath as you had to keep standing up
Love this hotel so well placed in the center of Leeds across from the train station the hotel is modern clean rooms are large and comfy beds are really comfortable staff are friendly
accommodation needs freshening up, breakfast and bar areas dated and lacking atmosphere
Pros: location Cons: breakfast poor lifts - one out of order meant waiting to get up and down in morning rush hour difficult

Pros: Good location Cons: Bed had a thin mattress which was uncomfortable & the pillows were hard

Pros: Very helpful staff and a comfortable room which is a very good size Cons: The lifts are fiddley to operate with the room card though I understand that this is being repaired
