Decent comfy city center hotel
Pros: Rooms are big Cons: Staff and elevator issues
Pros: The waitress at breakfast was lovely - such a nice rapport with customers! Cons: Check in was charmless and functional
Pros: The waitress at breakfast was lovely - such a nice rapport with customers! Cons: Check in was charmless and functional. The bar was soulless and we drank our drinks quickly and left.
Lovely hotel close to the centre, upgraded to a suite free of charge which was lovely with a city view.
Pros: Everything, we had an upgrade which was brilliant. Cons: Nothing
Overall great stay. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning.
Pros: Location was great and the service too Cons: Paid parking was a put-off. I suggest including the cost of parking with the stay.
Fantastic hotel
Pros: The room was beautiful, the staff helpful, and the location ideal. Cons: Very little, though not having fries with the burger as standard is a bit sad.
