A comfortable hotel. Staff very cheerful and welcoming and pleased to assist. Lovely large Executive room with comfy bed
Pros: Location, close to everything Cons: The bar only served bottled beers, the bar area needs a revamp. I asked for a top floor but was allocated a lower floor. This was changed once I complained.

Pros: The location was what we chose, which was central. Rooms were located as requested and beds were comfy. We were also given a free upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated. Enjoyed the 12 noon check out time.Parking was pre booked and the space was ample. Cons: The second room I had booked had a slight sanitary issue which was reported and dealt with. Restaurant is still pricey e.g. Medium glass of wine £13-95!!!
