The staff who checked us in wasn’t too friendly
The staff who checked us in wasn’t too friendly. She did not mention about the business centre and gym facilities on the 2/F. There are no amenities such as toothbrushes and alike. The room is spacious and relatively clean, the bed is comfortable. The access card didn’t work well in a few occasions. Otherwise, the hotel is located right next to the subway station red line which is a huge plus.

Good location. Friendly staff and you will find everything you need nearby. Price is right.

The hotel is located right next to the metro station and close to the airport bus stop. I select 101 Tower view and it was really great when sun set. Staffs are friendly and kind. But I was disappointed because the hot water was not available when I had a shower. I wanted to have a shower with warm water at that moment but I could not. Other than the hot water, it was good.
You honestly cannot beat the location of this hotel which is directly in front of the Da’an MRT
You honestly cannot beat the location of this hotel which is directly in front of the Da’an MRT. There are tons of restaurants & shops within walking distance as well. The rooms are totally (sort of non-descript business vibe). My room did have a nice view of the city (including Taipei 101). The staff was very helpful with any request as well. Highly recommend!

Spacious room with a fantastic view of the Taipei 101 Tower. Excellent metro service literally at the hotel doorto most key tourist sites. Bathroom is great with separate/soaker tub and beautiful shower.
