NYC Business/Concert Trip

On July 10th, I flew into NYC for a business/fun trip in which I would do some business at the Empire State Building and also attend a concert that was happening over the weekend. I had never stayed in Midtown before and decided that the park on the park terrace was a base of operations. I am so glad that I made that choice. The hotel was beautiful. I got to do everything I wanted. Times Square was within walking distance as was the Empire State Building and there were tons of shopping options nearby. Comfort and Style in one chic location

Most comfortable stay in the city ever. Perfectly located for business and fun outings. Amenities are exquisite for my lifestyle and the rest was superb! The front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping was excellent! I will be back!

Great hotel for NYC Manhattan

Pros: The centrality of the location and cleanliness. Definitely recommended for business and leisure travel. Everything perfect. Great terrace with the restaurant bar where you can have an aperitif or manage work meetings. Cons: Nothing to report

Worse service EVER

While the location was amazing, I have to say that it was the WORST service I have ever received at a hotel and for an upscale expensive hotel, I was shocked at how bad it was. The desk staff was so unwelcoming. We received no help and no one even held the door as we tried to maneuver our luggage in the door, no greeting. Our room was not ready on time and when we FINALLY got into our room, it took 3 calls and 1 1/2 hours to get bedding for our pull out couch so my sick daughter could rest. Every day there were housekeeping issues--missing bath mat, sheets, etc. and we even found wet dirty cle
