It’s ok
While the premises are beautiful unfortunately we had to change rooms after unpacking my husband is not happy. Service neighboring sheraton not good nevertheless at our hotel is good.
Buen Hotel
Pros: muy buen edificio buen personal Cons: El desayuno fue "economizado" en relacion a estadias previas por ejemplo: frutos secos, simil caviar.
Excellent Hotel in a Prime Location
My wife and I opted for the Park Tower because of its listing as Luxury property . We were not disappointed. Comfortable, spacious rooms and well-appointed. No lounge, but complimentary breakfast available as a welcome gift to high elites, abd it was terrific. Also, there is a special offering in the lobby Cafe every night from 6-8 pm, which includes wine and delicious canapes. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommended
Awful management
We booked this hotel as a place to shower and wait until our Airbnb was ready. Prior to arrival, we called to let the hotel know we would be checking in a day later than originally planned. When we arrived, we were informed that only three people could be in the room at a time, despite our reservation being for our family of five. This restriction was unexpected and was not communicated to us in advance. As frequent travelers, this was the first time we had encountered such a policy, which made our stay less convenient than anticipated.
September here averages 14°C, with around 83mm of rain across the month.
