Cons: The double Bed base had big dips where it had collapsed

Pros: Provision for kitchen and dining Cons: Room, window blinds at room 2 exposed the room to the main road. Mattress was very bad and unusable, could do with replacement. Bathroom extraction fan not working, electric shower not working, security very porous, a man was standing in front of my allocated room 2, speechless with a ready to attack posture, please check camera around 5.41pm, this was the final straw that I have to move out of the guest house.

Pros: Very close to the park 2 good sized rooms Clean and tidy Cons: Before I even entered the room I was stopped by a man living in the next room.. said to make sure we don't have showers or anything after 10pm as he is up early for work. And we must not disturb him

Pros: Nice location and the kitchen was good Cons: Two of the beds were broken, the front door of the building couldn’t be properly closed and the shower didn’t work

This is a great place to stay if transitioning to Hull.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, linens were soft and comfy. The kitchenette was well stocked and able to meet our needs. The wifi was strong. The location is close to the train station and shopping.
