Good, enjoyable but costs somewhat high for overall facility.
Pros: Excellent location, quiet. Close to underground station now so travel to other parts of Auckland easy. Cons: Kitchen equipment on sparse side for a four star facility. Furnishing old and tired.
Comfortable and Spacious
Pros: Genuinely pretty much everything. The rooms was fantastic - especially for a 3 night stay - and had pretty much everything I needed. I was able to cook my own food and use all of the other amenities without any trouble, and was a very comfortable, spacious room. The beds were great as well, and the bathroom was a good size too. Cons: It would've been nice if a plug had been included in my room, as this would've made doing the dishes easier! Whilst the pillows were comfortable enough as well, it would've been nice to have had the option of feather pillows. However two very minor issues th
The staff was incredibly accommodating, even though the parking was fully booked, they helped directed us towards parking nearby.

The area was nice, the bed was comfy and really well made!! I’m very picky when it comes to bedding and sheets and I was very pleased. A fan in the bathroom may have been nice but other then that it was great
