Terrible stay at Pearl Grand
We stayed at Pearl Grand Hotel last week, and unfortunately, our arrival experience was very uncomfortable. During check-in, we met a staff member named Piyal who took our luggages. Right away, he told us that the room assigned to us was “not good” and not suitable to stay in, but didn’t clearly explain why. Without us even seeing the room, he went back to the reception and arranged a different room on his own. We trusted his suggestion and went to the new room.
