Pros: the room was clean enough and good value for money. The location was fantastic. Reception/ and entrance needs some attention. But perfect stay forr the one night as I needed good value. Also there was a fan in the room as weather had been exceptionally hot.8 Cons: grubby reception area and no one at reception. No bar and no wi fi as they said they were having issues with it

Pros: Nothing Cons: It was dirty windows was smashed and the receptionist was rude he wasn’t there at check out had to wait for deposit as he was “out for breakfast” i paid deposit in cash but the guy tried to say he would transfer me it back (so dodgy and unprofessional) he nearly made me miss my train.
Location Great but lift was not working and we had no wifi
Pros: Location was great beach is across the road. room was clean but very small, Cons: There was a lift but it wasn't working we were at the top of the building and had to keep waking up the stairs. there were improvement works gong on in the property at the time of our stay. on the website it says the room came with wifi but when we got there the guy on the desk said it wasn't working.
