Pros: Great location, the place is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly and helpful
Cons: This is a very minor nitpick but there are times where valet parking can be a bit backed up and quite slow. This isn't a complaint, everyone gets rush times but there were some times where we were waiting longer than what might be considered average. Plan ahead so that you can call before you need your car and you'll be good to go

Great room in NOLA center
Pros: The room is great and modern, we loved the radio station inside the room, Max at the front desk is super nice and friendly, thanks to him !
