Pros: Great location, modern facility, good breakfast Cons: The staircase was narrow. The shower was a bit confusing to use.

Pros: Location was excellent right next to the river & town center. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were helpful & friendly. Ate in the Pen & Parchment we had fish & chips and they were very good. The stairs up to the rooms are a bit tricky for people with mobility problems but the annex is fine. Nice place to stay. Cons: The stairs.

Very nice pub

Nice pub with very comfortable rooms, right opposite the RSC on the Avon.

Great location and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location a stone's throw from the river and the centre of town. Lovely room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Good choice of freshly cooked breakfast or continental breakfast. Easy check in and out. Cons: Room was too hot but there was nothing could be done about that, it isn't the fault of the hotel. Two fans were provided.

Lovely pub stay experience in a great location

Pros: The inn was located above a pub and the experience was very unique. Great location, located next to the river and town centre. The rooms were very clean and felt newly built. The staff members were super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again. Cons: It’s less of a complain about the facility more of a travel timing thing. We stayed during an extreme heatwave, the deluxe room windows was only able to be opened a little making the room not very well ventilated even though outside is much cooler than the room. But they provided 2 fans in the room.
